RAFFLE RULES AND REGULATIONS 

1. This raffle is conducted by Sister Cities International.
2. Tickets will be available for award per donation at the levels indicated above from Tuesday, January 17th, 2023 to 12:00pm SAST, Friday, February 24th, 2023.
   
   • Raffle tickets purchased on or before 11:59 PM ET on January 30, 2023, will be included in the prize drawing pool for the January 31, 2023, raffle drawing. The winning raffle ticket numbers from the first drawing will not be eligible to be re-drawn. Raffle tickets not selected in the January 31, 2023, raffle drawing and tickets purchased after 11:59 PM ET on January 30, 2023, will be included in the prize drawing pool for the final raffle drawing on February 24, 2023.
3. A total of 1,500 tickets will be available for purchase at the levels indicated above.
4. If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant.” Sister Cities International shall, will and can have no obligation for delivery of any prize to any person other than the entrant.
5. Minors may not participate in the raffle. Tickets associated with the name of a minor will not be eligible for selection in any raffle drawing.
6. Participants need not be present to win.
7. Donations for the tickets shall be made online. All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.
8. The winning raffle ticket(s) will be selected at random.
9. Sister Cities International will confirm the identities of each individual tied to each winning ticket number and notify them within 24 hours of each drawing. Winners must respond to SCI within 72 hours or their prize will be forfeited and made available to win in the remaining raffle(s).
10. Winners agree to allow use of their name or likeness for publicity purposes without compensation.
11. Prizes to be given away in the Raffle are: A.) two coach airfare vouchers (valued at $7,000.00) for round trip travel between Africa and the United States anytime in the within 12 months after award, and; B. two coach airfare vouchers for round trip travel between Africa and the United States anytime within the 12 months after award PLUS Hotel accommodations (valued at $8,050). Vouchers must be ticketed prior to their expiration date printed on the voucher but travel can take place up to one year after the date through February 24th, 2024. Vouchers may be redeemed for travel only United Airlines, Inc. (UA), not with any Untied patterns or subsidiaries.
12. Winners will be contacted by Sister Cities International. The decision of the President & CEO and the Board of Directors of Sister Cities International shall be final on all matters concerning the raffle.
13. The coach class airfare vouchers will be transferred to the winner “AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS”. Sister Cities International does not make or provide any representation, guarantee or warranty expressed or implied, in connect with the vouchers.
