Located in East Asia, the city of Gwangju, South Korea is seeking a sister city partnership to share cultural ideas through international exchanges. With a population size of around 400,000 people, Gwangju has so much to offer from UNESCO World Heritage Site Namhansaneong Fortress, Paldang Lake, Cheonjinam Santuary, and Gyeonggi Ceramic Museum. Their spoken language is Korean. Their main industries are wholesale and retail businesses, tourism facilities, restaurants and businesses. The city of Gwangju wants to create a city partnership for youth exchanges, launch opportunities for job exchanges, and human resources in culture and art.
